How Titan Cloud is responding to COVID-19

A letter from our executives

As you are a valued customer or partner of Titan Cloud, we wanted to share with you some information on how we are managing our response to the COVID-19 situation.  

The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers is our number one priority. With that in mind, we are taking measures to ensure that business continues as normally as possible during these extraordinary times.  

We feel fortunate that as a software company most of our work is cloud-based and portable. Customers should not experience any interruptions to the platform because of measures we are taking to address COVID-19. Employees are being encouraged to work from home in order to minimize the risk we pose to others and to reduce our chances of contracting the virus.  

In addition, we have suspended all employee travel and customer visits to our offices until further notice. This means that business reviews, status updates, and project consultations will be conducted via video conferencing or over the phone for the foreseeable future.  

We understand that each one of you is also managing these unusual circumstances within your own companies, families, and communities. Our hope is that Titan can be supportive to you in these challenging times, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with your account manager or anyone on our executive team if you would like to discuss how Titan can continue to be of service to you or if we can help navigate this unfamiliar territory together.
